Abstrak

A company can operate because it has human resources with good performance to achieve its goals. Good performance can be influenced by the work discipline of its employees. Our research aims to determine how the work rules and corporate culture at PT KAI can influence employee work discipline and impact company performance. The research method used in our study is a descriptive method, which involves describing the results of our research from various important aspects, such as employee work rules, PT KAI's corporate culture, appearance guidelines, and PT KAI's corporate ethics. The findings of this study indicate that the work regulations at PT KAI are based on the 2019 regulations of the PT KAI (Persero) Board of Directors, which strongly emphasize the principle of excellent service through the 7S principles (Smile, Greet, Greetings, Politeness, Courtesy, Enthusiasm, and Readiness to Serve). Therefore, it can be concluded that employee performance at PT KAI is already very good, as evidenced by the numerous awards received by PT KAI (Persero) since 2019, such as The Best Brand Image in Public, Public Service Excellence Award in the Transportation Category, Best Debtor in the State-Owned Enterprise Category, Innovative Company in Enhancing Excellent Customer Service through Technology, and Top 3 Most Popular Transportation Company in the Transportation Category.
